Helena is the person behind CAROLINA HONEST. Coming from a family of cookie makers, I grew up with the smell of sugar and chocolate around me, and it's a world that has fascinated me since I was a child.
Her great-grandfather planted the seed of her relationship with the world of sweets over 90 years ago, when he started working at VICTORIA cookies. Later, he founded his own company, VIRGINIAS, a project with a long history in which she became professionally involved and which gave her the opportunity to gain experience and knowledge of a world she is passionate about.

Helena has cookies in her DNA, and she also loves organic and natural food. From this interaction, CAROLINA was born, and following the family history, it has a woman's name: VICTORIA, VIRGINIA, and now CAROLINA.
With the CAROLINA HONEST line, she wanted to recover the essence of her great-grandfather's first recipes. It is her personal tribute to a history that made her who she is and to which she has contributed her own values, her background, her love, and all her effort, present in every CAROLINA product.
