Where can Molic Gourmet orders be received?

Orders are shipped to any address within Spain (consult for other destinations). It is important that customers provide a correct delivery address when placing their order to avoid inconvenience. We do not ship to post office boxes, mailboxes, or lockers.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

Delivery time is 24 to 72 hours, depending on when the order is placed. Orders placed before 12:00 PM usually arrive within 24-48 hours, while orders placed after that time usually take 48 to 72 hours.

What is Molic Gourmet's return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy. If a customer is not satisfied with their purchase, they can request a return as long as the product is in its original condition and has not been used. It is necessary to contact our customer service team to initiate the return process.

What should I do if I receive a defective or incorrect product?

If a customer receives a defective or incorrect product, they should contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order. We will evaluate the situation and provide an appropriate solution, which may include a refund or product replacement.

Are there shipping costs associated with orders?

As long as the order does not exceed €60, a €6.50 charge will apply for peninsular shipments. (Consult for other areas)

Once the order has been shipped, customers will receive a confirmation email with information on how to track their shipment. They can also access the "My Orders" section in their account to get updates on the status of their order.
