Helena is the person behind CAROLINA HONEST. I come from a family of biscuit makers; I grew up with the smell of sugar and chocolate all around me, and ever since I was little, it's a world I'm passionate about.

Her great-grandfather sowed the seed of her connection with the world of sweets over 90 years ago when he started working at VICTORIA biscuits. Later, he founded his own company, VIRGINIAS, a project with a long history in which she became professionally involved, giving her the opportunity to gain experience and knowledge in a world she is passionate about.

Helena has biscuits in her DNA, and she also loves organic and natural food. From this interaction CAROLINA is born, which following the family's history has a woman's name: VICTORIA, VIRGINIA and now CAROLINA.

With the CAROLINA HONEST line, she wanted to recover the essence of her great-grandfather's first recipes. It is her personal tribute to a history that has made her who she is and to which she has contributed her own values, her background, her love and all her effort, present in every CAROLINA product.

I feel that this is my small big dream come true.
