When imperfection becomes value
Some projects are born to sell products, and others are born to change the way we look at what we eat. ES im-perfect® undoubtedly belongs to the latter.
This project emerged from the Fundació Espigoladors, with an idea as simple as it is powerful: to make use of what is good, even if it is not perfect. Fruits and vegetables discarded due to aesthetic criteria or production surpluses find a second chance here, transforming into honest, tasty, and meaningful vegetable preserves.
Quality with a conscience
At ES im-perfect®, they work with local ingredients, respecting the rhythms of the land and the original flavor of each product. They don't seek to disguise the raw material, but to enhance it. The result is natural pâtés, creams, and jams, without artificial additives, where each jar tells a story of its origin and purpose.
